Print Troubleshooting
Let me guess...you can't see the image that's on your computer on your printed copy? Yes, that happened to us when we first created this page for you.
Generally, if you see something on the screen that does not print, you may want to check the print settings for your browser for background color and images.
Often the browser will be set up not to print the background color or images because they impair readability when converted to black and white or consume large amounts of toner or ink.
Internet Explorer:
-
From the "Tools" menu, select "Internet Options."
-
On the "Advanced" tab, under "Printing," make sure you check "Print background colors and images."
Mozilla Firefox:
- From the "File" menu, select "Page Setup."
- On the "Format & Options" tab, under "Options," check the "Print Background (colors & images)" checkbox.
